What is #BNBLHoliday?
#BNBLHoliday stands for “Buy Now, Book Later Holiday”, which offers guests the flexibility to secure a limited-time offer during a promotion period and decide on a travel date later. A #BNBLHoliday package would include a room stay and spending credits. Spending credits are valued as GeMTreats and each GeMTreats is equivalent to RM1.

Why do I need a mobile number to purchase a #BNBLHoliday package?
As long as you have a valid mobile number, you can buy a #BNBLHoliday package. Your mobile number will be used to confirm your identity. You will also use your mobile number to log in after you’ve purchased your package. Each mobile number will be tied to one registered guest.

I bought a #BNBLHoliday package for someone else. I will not be on the travelling party. Whose mobile number should I use to register?
Please enter the mobile number of the person who will be staying on the trip, as the registered guest will be required to confirm his/ her identity during check-in.

Can I amend the name of the staying guest/ mobile number after I’ve made a booking?
Once you’ve registered a mobile number under a name, it cannot be transferred to another person.

How many packages can I buy on the same mobile number?
You can buy as many packages as you desire. However, you may only redeem one room per date of stay.

Can I request a refund if I change my mind later?
We’re sorry but refund is not possible for promotional packages.

Can I earn Genting Points when buying/ use my Genting Points to buy a #BNBLHoliday package?
Earning and redemption of Genting Points are not applicable with this promotion.

Can I earn Genting Points when I spend using GeMTreats?
No. Genting Points will not be awarded for spending made with GeMTreats.

I’ve bought a #BNBLHoliday package. How do I book a room?

When is the last day to book a room under this offer?
You can book your room any time until 31 March 2021. However, it is advisable to book early to avoid disappointment as rooms are available on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability.

Can I amend my room booking after it is confirmed?
All amendment, cancellation, and refund requests are not possible after a booking is confirmed.

What are GeMTreats?
GeMTreats stand for “Genting Electronic Money” (GeM) Treats. Your GeMTreats contain monetary value that you can use for making a transaction at selected outlets/ service providers at the resort. Each GeMTreats is equivalent to RM1.

How will I receive my GeMTreats?
Your GeMTreats will be loaded to a GeM card, which you will receive upon check-in. Please check-in at a kiosk located at the hotel lobby and present your check-in slip to a designated First World Hotel reception counter to receive your GeM card.

How do I use my GeMTreats?
When making a payment, present your GeM card to the participating outlet/ service provider. All participating outlets will display a signage at their premises. You may also click here to view the full list. Your GeMTreats are valid after you’ve checked-in and will expire on the day you’ve check-out.

I do not have sufficient GeMTreats to complete a purchase. What should I do?
You may make up for the balance with another GeM card or through payment by cash, debit or credit card.

Can I convert my GeMTreats to cash?
No. GeMTreats may be used only for making a transaction at selected participating outlets/ service providers.

How do I check my GeMTreats balance?
Your balance will be printed on the receipt when you make a transaction. You may also log in to your GeM account using any iKiosk at the resort to check your balance.

Do my GeMTreats have an expiry date?
Yes. GeMTreats are valid only in the duration of your stay and will expire on the day you’ve check-out. Any unused balance will not be refunded.

I’ve lost my GeM card. What should I do?
You may request for a replacement card at a Genting Rewards membership counter for a small fee. Please report the loss as soon as possible to avoid an unauthorised use of your GeMTreats by a third party. We will not reimburse your GeMTreats in the event that your original card is picked up and used by someone else.

Can I keep my GeM card?
We encourage you to keep your GeM card for use in your next #BNBLHoliday. GeMTreats for your future trip can be loaded to the same card, so you do not have to queue for a new card the next time you visit. Please note that GeMTreats for any trip will expire on the day you’ve check-out.
